A Wallingford park built on a former gasification plant site, with sweeping Lake Union and skyline views, that periodically hosts large permitted outdoor concerts and festivals, including bass/hyperpop/EDM-mainstage day parties drawing crowds in the thousands (e.g. a 2026 day party billed with Skrillex, Porter Robinson, and others). It's city parkland rather than a dedicated venue, run under Seattle Parks event permitting.
